Diaper cake

A friend of mine (who also has 4 boys) gave me this awesome diaper cake!! She figured we must have enough stuff for boys...why not give us diapers. It seems you can never have enough diapers. we have enjoyed it so much, but the boys are really wanting to take it apart. I wanted to get a quick picture before it got completely disassembled.

First bath for Hudson

Hudson is 1 week old today and so we celebrated with a bath...I remember the first bath I gave Tanner - wow, he screamed and screamed and screamed. Hudson didn't make a peep, I think he actually enjoyed it. I love to see the different personalities (even when they are so young).

Tate and Austin just love their new brother. It is so nice to have a few extra set of hands to hold Hudson so I can do a few things. Carol, Rob's mom, stayed with us on Friday night and Saturday night and has been SO VERY helpful!! I am hoping to be able to manage on my own - but it has been so wonderful having her around!!

she was 1.5 ounces off and a few inches short...and of course she guessed a GIRL, but 90% of the people who voted also guessed a GIRL!! Very few said a BOY!! I had 3 dreams it was a GIRL but two weeks before I went into labor I had my final baby dream and it was a little BOY!!

This baby really kept everyone guessing, but we are so happy to finally know!!

Well, he gave us a great nights sleep last night but looking a little orange so we are keeping him in the sun and feeding him as much as possible...

Baby Update

IT'S A BOY!!!!

Hudson Roy was born early this morning.

He weighed in at 8lbs, 4.5 ozs

and is 22 inches long!!

Mom and baby are doing great!

UPDATE

OK, so I had a lot of people ask about the heart rate of the baby...I had a doctors appointment yesterday and I am 3 CM dilated and the heart rate is 140!!

Tanner was 14 days EARLY. (8 pounds)
